Warren Buffet Teaches Your Kids About Finances
Financial education is something that most schools ignore. This results in many Americans being thrown into adulthood with not one ounce of financial knowledge only to learn by making mistake after mistake.
The Oracle of Omaha, billionaire Warren Buffet is stepping in to help as he takes his web show to the airwaves, with his new Hub TV cartoon called Secret Millionaires Club. Buffet even taps Jay-Z to help better connect with the kids.
From Brand Channel:
The first special, “Be Cool to Your School,” Buffett gives financial advice to a group of teens attempting to raise money for their school and a trip to New York City. Making a special appearance in Sunday’s special: Jay-Z, the musician-turned-mogul for whom Buffett tells the New York Times he has nothing but admiration.
Show starts this Sunday, Oct. 23 at 1pm EST. I, for one, will make sure to at least DVR it to watch with my 10 year old. The Oracle might have a few good tips to share with the kids.
