When it comes to fun, interactive activities that help dads and their kids bond, cooking is an activity that is right there on the top of our list. Exploring recipes together, measuring together and completely a dish (sometimes good and sometimes bad) are the epitome of spending better time. Therefore, we’re always on the lookout for products that encourage dads and kids to spend more time in the kitchen whipping up yummy concoctions and getting their Guy Fieri on. We first discovered Head Chefs in our local Whole Foods and the kids we’re immediately intrigued by the brightly colored Gumby like cooking utensils. We’re not just talking knives and fork either: stirring spoons, measuring cups, pastry brushes, you name it. If there is a tool you need in the kitchen, Head Chefs has it covered for the kids with their bendable characters and suctioned feet.
The folks at Head Chefs have also developed some cool resources for kids on their website with some games, started recipes and coloring pages. This weekend, grab the kids, grab your go to recipes and pick up some Head Chefs to make magic in the kitchen with the kids. For more information on the Head Chefs product line, visit their website.
Thanks for posting, the Head Chef cooking utensils are adorable! My 2 1/2 year old loves to mix the scrambled eggs. I will definitely have to pick up some of these. Maybe it will get us cooking more!
