Overview
We are looking for solo, duet, and group acts featuring kids ages 4-21 to be featured in a one night, non competitive spectacular showcase! Perform on stage for 1000 people at the majestic Herbst Theatre in San Francisco on Sunday, August 22nd or Sunday, September 5th. (Singers will appear in one Sunday performance)Select a dynamic song that really shows off your personality and pipes! The song you sing at auditions, should be the same song you would like to sing in our live showcase. Please bring an extra CD copy of your background/karaoke music for us to hold onto. We will use this for your background music during the live showcase. Please rehearse with your background music and be ready to sing along with your CD at the audition.
If chosen to participate in the showcase, a $75 registration fee will be collected per musical number. (this includes solo, duet or group numbers) Round up your friends, divide the participation fee and put together a cool group number! Sorry, we are not equipped for bands.
To be considered, please send an email that includes your name, age and city, as well as a photo to: thatkidcansing@gmail.com (Be sure to include the names of everyone who will appear in your number, and plan on auditioning at the same time) We will respond with all the necessary audition details.
